  • Well I have done it!

    Yep.....I am stepping out of my extended induction and moving into OWL....I am so concerned that I am going to gain weight as I move past the 2nd rung, but hopefully (as it has been reported by a few people) moving into OWL will get my sluggish weight loss to jump into a slightly faster mode.

    I guess it is like anything else.....I have to take that leap of faith just like the one that I took when I started Atkins. I truly did not believe that it would work for me because I had tried so many things.......and when the weight started coming off it made a believer outta me!

    Kat, welcome to OWL!! ha

    Trust me, you will continue to lose. Read the stickies about how to climb the OWL ladder. It worked for me last year. I was on induction for 4 months, wasn't losing, so I went to OWL and started losing again.

    You will be fine. Keep :dancing and :capital

          good for you moving to phase 2 of Atkins! Remember that as you add back those carb foods you will be eating slightly less of your other foods so you should be balancing out your food gains with food losses and not be just adding carbs on top of what you already eat! Please read your DANDR and the stickies so you understand what you are about to be doing in the great food experient part of OWL.
