    Into OWL rung two...DAIRY!

I've been really nervous about this, but I decided I have to look on it as I did with rung one and then all will be well.

Starting tomorrow, which is my 2-month mark. Down a total of 37 lbs from my Atkins starting weight, 58 lbs from my highest.

    Wish me luck!

Good job for moving to OWL Rung 2! Take is slowly and add only one food at a time, not more than 3 times a week.

You might want to use the Blood Sugar Symptoms Test in DANDR (Ch. 12) to check your reaction to new foods.

Hey Shelley. You will be fine. It allows you to make all kinds of good recipes with the added cheeses and dairy. Moussaka, eggplant rollatini, creamy soups, cheesy casseroles...lots of pluses here

Good luck. I was so happy to add cottage cheese into my menu.

Its so nice to add a little variety to your menu. Go slow and enjoy!
