Just curious.. because I am eating plenty and am full satisfied when I finish, but when I run my reports.. I am still hoover around 15-25 carbs a day and I consider myself in Rung 1 and ready to move on to 2.. thoughts.
My typical menu will include eggs and meat.. or omlete with veggies.... Lunch has almost always been a salad and protien, or protien or 1 to 1.5 cup of veggie
