    Okay, so I have to admit my last weigh in was less than spectacular, but I still accepted a loss as a loss. I do understand I may not always lose a lot of weigh in between weigh ins, which is part of the reason why I weigh in every 20 days. It's short enough for me to look forward to seeing my next results, yet long enough to bar the psychological damage done by weighing in weekly.

    Anyway, I meant to post this a few days ago but lost Internet connection amongst other things. I'm happy to announce that I have lost an additional 7 POUNDS!!!! Now I'm down to 242 Lb and EVERYONE can notice.

    It's so amazing hearing the "Wow" and the "James you look different" amongst other compliments. I'm loving it loving it and loving it. And for the people who tell me Atkins isn't right I shut them up by asking them one question "Oh really ... have you read the book?"

    Looking forward to being under 220 very soon!

    You're my first post James!! Wow you are doin good guy, you must be really proud, keep going. 7lbs off is wonderful hey you'd be pretty down if that was 7 on you wouldnt think it was a small amount then. Congrats...

                  Just have to keep people in their place. Everyone becomes a health critic when they find out you're doing something about yours. If you can get your closest circle to understand you're doing this for you and not for anyone else, not only will you gain their respect, but you'll have the best support group you could ever have. Everyone I know is vigilant about what goes on my plate, what I drink, what is eaten, etc. You just HAVE to be consistent with your message.
