I have found different carb counts for 1/2 an avocado in places WITHIN the book, and then on fit day something else! I was counting a half an avocado as 2 carbs ...the carb counter in the DANDR says that. .But then it also is listed under the "5 counts" for adding in with OWL. Fit day says something else (can't remember, think it's closer to the 2 )
Anyone know?
