Ok, let's see if I can phrase this properly?
When I go to rung 2, and I add a new item three days a week, the carb counts for those days will clearly be 30...
But what is the carb count for the OTHER days I'm not adding the new food? Is it 30 for rung 2 of OWL or do I go back to the 25 with the extra 5 being veggies?
And IF it's 30 still (keep the same carb count all week?) where do I get those extra five I've added from? Already used dairy like more cheese, just not that NEW kind or NEW product (cream or whatever I'm testing out)?
