i busted myself!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i busted myself!!!!!!!!!!!

    last 2 weeks i had my final exams for my masters , i was on nights and really stressed out. so what happen , no surpurize i lost my way. i ate a bread here and bread there , and what happen i gained 2 kgs back. grrrrr.............
    but i went back to our "bible" ansd saw that it is ok to fall down, but it is how quick i get up and walk is the chance for success. i am kind of back on track

    i breaked my addiction to rice and cofee, very rarely i crave for a chocolate. even today it was my husbands birthday , i bought him a extermely chocolately cake and i didn't , i didn't touch it. good isn't it

    i moved my focus from obssessing about lossing weight to live healthy and weight loss is a benefit from it.
    my dilemia at the moment is i am going on holidays to india , and i would be able to do induction or any of the owl.primarily due to different food and 2 what will my extended family think!!!!!!!.

    please guys,give me some advice



    start weight =114 kgs
    goal weight =80 kgs

    1st goal-under 110 achvd (6/12/09)

    2nd goal -under 105
    3rd goal - under 100

      i am also feeling so. i always though about what others think than what i want. i am gonna move to maintyaince phase for the holidays and then restart the induction when i am back.

        Eating to maintenance choices, where you allow yourself SMALL occasionall portions of wholegrain rice/grains and starchy vegetables and higher OWL rung fruits while getting most of your carbohydrates from the lower rung foods as well as avoiding things with sugar in (there being no sugar rung on OWL ) might be a good tactic - but try to keep an eye on what it does to your body by looking at the blood sugar symptoms in DANDR.

        You can always explain to your family that you are keeping off starches and sugars without mentioning the 'A' word if you feel you need to say anything

        F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
