Well, today is day 53 for me and I must say that I never really thought I would make a go of this WOE.
I have however surprised myself and have never been this focused before, I feel GREAT, my energy is back and I am feeling a whole lot more at home in my own skin
I just wish I have started this WOE a long time ago, so much time wasted feeling uncomfortable and unhappy, but hey, there is never a better time than now to start a new life
I am down two clothes sizes and have lost 31lbs and 11.8", and to make this even more cool I lost 6lbs over Christmas and New Year!
I have realised that changing your mindset about food and life in general is the only way to make this work.
My biggest change is that I now "eat to live" and not "live to eat" which was the case in the past.
So, to anyone out there that is having a hard time and feeling like it's too hard to do, just do me a huge favor, give yourself a break, it's time we who are "weight challenged" learn to take it one day at a time and not be so hard on ourselves!!
The fact that you are here and are on the journey is evidence that you want to change!!
All the best for the New Year, stick to the basics, ONE DAY AT A TIME, and you will succeed
Cheers for now,
Stuart
