Re: approved Gum
I've not found any sugarless gum that only contains sucrose as sweetener.
If it doesn't have aspartame it has Ace-K and I refuse to ingest that because it hasn't been thoroughly tested (according to CSPI).
There are some xylitol-sweetened gums but they are a bit pricey, even though xylitol is considered tooth-friendly.

Re: approved Gum
Each stick of gum would count as a serving of sweetener. Sweeteners are limited to 3 servings per day.

Re: approved Gum
actually ketosis does not cause the breath smell. the only ketone we exhale is the acetone one. The breath issues are from the volitle oils in your foods being off gased or too much protein for your kidneys to handle in your diet. try drinking more water and using the parsley to clear the issues instead of masking them with gum which runs out of smell pretty quick.by the book atkinseer

Re: approved Gum
To answer your original question...
I was in my local big box shoppers club (BJs) today and read the labels on all of the sugarfree gum.
They had all of the major brands (Wrigleys, Orbit, Extra, Dentine, Eclipse, Trident, etc.) and ALL of them had aspartame and Ace-K in them, except one. A couple also had sucralose.
Dentine was the only one without aspartame; it only had Ace-K as a sweetener.
