  • Incremental OWL phases

    I know once again, that my question is not the new revolution way, but I am going to embarq on OWL Friday. Since I am fretful I was thinking about doing it longer increments, ie 8 days RUNG 1, 9 days RUNG 2, days RUNG 2 until I get to my limit.

    Does that sound weird or even do-able?

    You need (at least) a week for each food you add on each rung. You can take many weeks on each one. You might want to re-read the OWL chapters...

        you can get a new one cheap. worth it if you really want to do this.

          you can go as slow as you want to one week one month the time span is up to you as long as the foods come back to your WOE by their glycemic rung ranks. Since rung one is more of those yummy induction veggies and rung 2 is fresh dairy I would not sit on rung 2 adding things back too long since I'm sure you want to get to nuts/seeds berries and the alcohol rung so your wine will be legal

                yes i know i was just hoping to pick it up in town instead of waiting for it. but if i would have just ordered it last week, i would have already had it. :-(

                    I found like three copies at a local thriftstore. I would definitely look there.

                    Start date: 03/14/09
                    Goal #1 - 260 - Met 04/12/09! Goal #4 - 230 - Met 08/03/09!
                    Goal #2 - 250 - Met 05/22/09! Goal #5 - 220 - Met 01/29/10 FINALLY!
                    Goal #3 - 240 - Met 06/20/09! Goal #6 - 210
