Thanks, I guess I'll just have to stick with ground up pork rinds.

ground flax works well to espically if you add some of your cheese to the mix.

          Re: Soy flour

In rung 3, almond and macadamia flour (or either nut just ground up a little more coarsely) can be used for breading...I've done this a few times and even my non-low-carbing husband digs it

I will ONLY weigh once per week! I will refer to DANDR 2002 and this forum when I have questions. I will revel in new recipes, new clothes, and the new feeling of being happy in my skin. I will hold myself accountable to do this the right way, without excuses, because I know that Atkins is the best thing for my health and happiness. I. Will. Succeed!

            Re: Soy flour

When I started Atkins (having not really read the book thoroughly I bought a huge bag of soy flour, thinking I could use it in baking on induction , but found that the recipes I made with it tasted vile to me!! So I threw it away.

So if you do decide to introduce soy flour when you reach OWL rung 6 buy only a small pack first to see if you like the 'distinctive' taste it imparts
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
