you take your induction veggie lists an after figuring your 5 3 cups from induction you add 5 net grams of carbs more of any veggies from the list you want. you don't have to add 5 net carb grams of just one you could eat more peppers and onions and tomatoes as long the the new to you carb addition doesn't exceed 5 net.
Also if you didn't try a veggie during induction you should not east the new to you veggie more then 3 times the first week you have it so you can control any issues it gives you if it does.
it sounds complicated but it is easy.
you can take as much time on a rung as you want and go as slowly up the rungs as you want. if you have lots of new to you veggies to try you could stay a long time. if you are in a hurry you could move after 7 days.
One thing about OWL is it doesn't seem to like plans made about it so just take it day to day this week and on day 7 ask yourself if you are happy enough with the more veggies to move on and try fresh dairy or do you want to stay a little longer and test out more veggies in a controlled manner.
and I know you have read me posting this over and over but take your measurements so on day 8 if the sclaes lie about the hard work you are doing you can see those inches of body fat that have been shed and know your atkins is still working for you.

), that pepper sauce can be used as is (add some herbs and spices to it for extra kick), can be thinned with broth for a soup or soup base, can be added to a viniagrette for a salad dressing, can be added to a meatloaf, can be mixed with cream cheese for a dip. Same thing goes for any of the Induction veggies.
