I have been enjoying the nut rung for the last week...14 pieces of macadamias every other day since Saturday. And I'm within a pound of my pre-Christmas binging weight.
I cannot tell you what a treat this is for me. And yesterday our Mom (83 and just started lifting weights!) brought home some fresh berries from the farmers' market. So in a day or two I'll jump up another rung. I realized I'd stayed on Extended Induction and rungs 1-2 a little too long. Plus I was scared (as others have noted) that jumping up a rung would undo my progress.
Glad to see I was proven wrong. Thanks to everyone on these boards who have kept me going. This is the longest I've ever been on an eating plan, and I'm 45 and have tried them ALL, short of surgery.
