  • Just had to share ... Today's lunch

    This was so good I just had to share:

    Fried up a hamburger with a little garlic powder.

    Sauted onion in butter, then when almost done, threw in just a bit of yellow mustard.

    Grabbed two Oopsie Rolls and put my avocado/mayo combination spread.

    WOW OH WOW WAS THAT GOOD!!! HAPPY TASTEBUDS!!!!!

        Once I realized that you need to use a glass bowl and not a plastic one for the egg whites, it was very simple!

        Gunna make more myself!!

          Really? I used a melamime bowl and whites got stiff just fine. I used 3 xtra large eggs for revolution rolls..they came out a little too eggy for my taste.

            the issue with plastic is cleanliness as the bowl has to be oil free for the whites to whip
