    WOW! I love this Diet, 24 lbs down in 28 days! I feel like a million bucks, I don't know what to do with all this energy.

    Been walking or hiking 5-6 miles a day with no break since induction. I feel my legs and butt getting thinner, but my beer gut is still looking at me.

    I'm so happy, this week I get to eat fruit! SO looking forward to my blueberry desert tonight.

    I skipped the dairy rung, and will skip the alcohol rung as well. I'm not really sure how to count the rungs now since I skipped 2.

    Awesome Heavy, so what are we going to call you this summer, Heavy probably just won't get it.

      Just count them according to DANDR, so once you start to add berries you are on rung 4. Then when you move to legumes (missing out rung 5) you will be on rung 6.

              That's great!

              About 5 months into my Atkins, I took a 5 mile hike on a local hiking trail (hills, jumping over streams, snakes----yeah, snakes....yuck!, fallen tree trunks, the whole thing!) and I was able to do it. My stamina and strength increased so much that it came to the point that weight loss for me was just a pleasant side effect of my Atkins.

                woo hoo for you. Keep working your atkins and morphing your body that beer belly will shrink too.
