Yay!
I moved over to OWL on Sunday. I just did my weigh in and have lost another 2lbs since I weighed on Sunday. I was a little worried adding more food but it seems to be working for me. I have lost 12 pounds in almost 3 weeks.
I am thinking maybe I should move up the ladder on Sunday after a week on OWL rung 1. I know alot of people would be happy to lose 12 pounds in 3 weeks and trust me I am but I am thinking maybe I should move up and slow it down just a tad. What do you think? I don't want to lose it too fast and it come back to bite me in the rear.
