What do you do for rungs that you don't want to do. By that I mean if it has foods or items on that rung that you don't want to eat/drink. Do you just add 5 carbs of something else or skip that rung? Or are the rung add ons just suggestions and you can change them around. Like the wine rung for example. If you don't drink what do you do on that one?

Jump over for sure. You only add items that you would like to be part of the kind of foods you eat fairly regularly. There are certain squashes I did not try on rung 8 - because I do not care for squash that much.

When I did rung 5 I only tried out a few recipes with wine or alcohol-based essences in them as I don't really drink alcohol oftenWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
