    Hi,
19 weeks in and 28 pounds lost....10 more to go (I think). I was rather disheartened discovering most of you lost SO MUCH during induction while I lost only 4.6 pounds. However, I perservered and am within (long) sight of my goal. I have added nuts, much to my joy, and gave up all aspartame but have found a soda with Splenda which is my occasional treat. I must learn to be a better cook. Looking forward to Paris this summer and must be svelte! I have done this before and get most of my dining from the markets since dining is so costly. I see no problem with continuing Atkins on the maintenance level. This 75 year old "Hottie" will meet the weight that I enjoyed from 13 through 4 years ago. Bound and determined...and "stuffed" with Atkins "luxurious" lifetime diet.
