As long as someone's Album has been made 'public' it can be viewed by going to their profile and looking at the right side of the screen.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

          Re: stupid scale

          Loss of inches not weight..

          From Dr Atkins:

"Remember your tape measure is a better friend to you than your scale, not only more accurate but better able to report on the actual fat loss (not just temporary water) losses this diet achieves.
In checking thousands of patients' measurements, we have found that a dramatic loss of inches is invariable on this diet. This is true even at times when temporarily no loss of pounds occurred, so long as the patient had been true to the diet: This is due to the shrinking of fat cells that occurs as they are mobilized to supply the body's energy on the anti-carbohydrate regime."

That is one of my favorite quotes from Dr Atkins. It says it all..
My scale is in the shed now.. I feel good, my clothes fit and with only 7 lbs to goal, It is slow.. I just prefer to live Atkins than keep jumping on that scale. It makes me feel like I am dieting.. And I am not...

Hi there...I just had a peek at your photos and wow! What a difference. Look at your shots of your back...completely different. You look great..keep it up!

Also....become addicted to your tape measure instead. It's a better tool to use.

thank you my sister was like "it looks like you lost 20lbs!!!" lol.
i need to take updated photos as that was just after induction.

i bought a jacket from Victoria Secret back at the end of January two sizes too small, and it now buttons up nicely so, the inches MUST be coming off.

i put my scale in the closet today and will pull it out at the end of March. 1 x per month weigh in's is all i will do now so that I don't get so defeated by a number.

Yes, you can definitely tell a big difference! Fabulous! Great job! Keep it up and putting that scale away is not a bad idea for me either. I tend to freak out easily with regards to scale weight. Lol.
