      Hi MSD!

Good job on your weight loss so far.

Just a suggestion-this question comes up quite often. If you go to the Seach drop down-down box above, and enter a few keywords like "breakfast" or "no eggs" ....choose posts or threads, you will get many many more posts and comments from the past months that may help you a lot.

        Hi again,

Today for breakfast- I didn't feel like eggs either--so I had some leftovers from Sat lunch...A lovely salmon/quick squeeze of fresh lemon and with asparagus and roasted cherry tomatoes topped with some olive oil.

I sometimes have yogurt with nuts for breakfast. At rung three you can make nut/seed/whey pancakes. There is always the flax muffin - it is very yummy.

Here are some muffins that I make and keep in the freezer

I think like Liv. In fact my 7 year old made me breakfast in bed this morning. It was served on a cookie sheet with decorated paper on the bottom, yogurt and a fancy small bowl of sunflower seeds, with a glass of ice water and a fresh yellow tulip. It was the perfect breakfast

I forgot to add, she even included a small bowl for me to put the seed shells into. She is learning so much about low carb, she'll have all the tools she needs if she ever decides to change her way of eating

It all depends on what foods you can tolerate and what foods you like on the Rungs you have gone through. For example, it's pretty useless telling you to make a walnut spread if you 1. didn't try walnuts or 2. don't like walnuts. Likewise, if you couldn't tolerate cottage cheese, it would be pretty useless suggesting that you eat cottage cheese for breakfast.

So tell us what foods you have tried and have been able to tolerate---that will give us a better chance at giving you advice, specific to your situation.

But in general, you don't have to eat eggs for breakfast (you don't have to eat them at all for that matter!) Eat leftovers. Try soup for breakfast. Think outside of that breakfast box.

I know this might sound weird to some people but this morning for breaky I a few ham wrapped around some cheese. I nuked it in the microwave so that the cheese melted and it was yummy. I also had some broccoli with it.

Not weird at all here too!

This is my meal for any time I don't feel like cooking so I always keep a few packs of ham and sliced edam in the fridge. I usually eat it with some sweet red pepper slices.
