Flax crackers (equal amounts of ground flax/linseeds and water spread out into cracker shapes and baked or microwaved) or cheese crackers (chunks or piles of grated cheese baked or microwaved)?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

        Hi Jules...

You are forgetting about the search tool I told you about.

If you had put "Nacho chips" in the search, this fantastic recipe would have popped up several times.

A few tips, use full fat cheese, and you must make it 24 hours or more in advance for them to be crispy. Of course they will never be like a real "chip" but close enough. And use the Nacho flavored popcorn salt on them. Do not store closed up, they will get soggy. I keep mine on a cooling rack on the counter or on a shelf in my cabinet. I make these once a week for the weekend.

(The nutrition info in Cleo's recipe is for non fat cheese. I tried it that way once it they did not work out. They were very very chewy.)

          Re: Snacks.....?

OH, and they are great to use as a chip for things like egg salad or chicken salad, or as a dip chip. I shape mine differently each time I make it so that I can find the best way to use them for me. Last time I made large squares and cut them into quarters so I have a chip about 2"x 2".

Just play around with it a little.

            Re: Snacks.....?

When I want something crunchy I cut up a few slices of english cucumber and sprinkle with Kosher salt and black pepper. Sometime to get that chips and dip feeling I dip them in a little dressing.

                    Re: Snacks.....?

I tried pork rinds for the first time in my life yesterday. I made pork rind nachos (found recipe on here)
Yes mission to loose I had forgotten about search tool at the top, thanks again for that
Anyways, while having a substitute nacho plater was great...I find that after eating the pork rinds, i felt really yucky! Lol I dunno...I am still keeping the bag for when I get the CRUNCH attacks!!! Lol

                    Thanks again ladies
