I have been in OWl for about two weeks now and have in the past week gained two pounds. The thing is my carb level is only around 25 grams per day, and as far as the strips go I'm in ketosis. I do work out, three day of strength training, and three days cardio. I have started taking creatine to help with muscle growth could that be the problem?
