    Have any of you tried this product? and is it really low carb?

    Well ... it's still a grain, so it won't come back in to your eating until the 9th rung of OWL or pre-maintenance.

      If you use the Search feature on the navigation bar, you should be able to find past threads about Dreamfields Pasta.

      We've had some diabetic Atkineers who have had blood sugar spikes with it. We've had some diabetic Atkineers who have not. We have had some Atkineers who have experienced stomach cramps and rather "musical" side effects. We have had some who do not.

      So it's really a YMMV type thing. When you get to the Grains Rung of OWL, you may want to try it for yourself.

        I eat it. It tested it out on rung 9 and was fine with it. I don't have it often - maybe once a month or so. It is important to stick to portion size and to not over cook it.

        If you are not on rung 9 yet but have moved to rung one - you can try the shirataki noodles. (which are not real noodles)
