Re: Keto chips???
Does the website you found them on have a 'customer service' department contact email address/phone number, or an online form for asking questions?
If so ask them for a list of the ingredients in the particular variety you are thinking of ordering so you can determine if they are OK for your induction phase.
BTW when I am craving crunchy and celery or strips of bell peppers don't fit the bill I would make some flax crackers or cheese crackers or some pork rind/parmesan/flax crackers.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Re: Keto chips???
What website?
The chips probably have grains, so they wouldn't be allowed before OWL Rung 9.
For something crunchy, you can have celery, raw kohlrabi, cucumbers, peppers.
You could also make cheese crackers."Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

Those are the ones! Lol it figures they are no longer around! Lol I wonder if they were good to begin with (health wise)
I keep hearing about these flax crackers! How do you make them..I also went looking in grocery store for flaxmeal and looked for all of these things and could not find them.

Jules-
Did you try to google ---
"Keto chips nutrition info"?
The link does not give the ingredients just the nutrition info.
4 net carbs for 1 oz is a lot of wasted carbs, even if the ingredients were allowed on the phase you were on, and if you could find the chips.

And they contain corn-Like Georgiana said, Rung 9.

"Now, let's look at why they're so good. It's really two things that stand out in plain notice -- first, they are not fat free. In fact, they'll leave you with the same oily hands that any good chip will. It makes all the difference... And second, they do contain corn. They taste like corn because they are corn. Just enough corn to make them authentic, not enough to make them high carb. The addition of sea salt (the really fine-textured stuff that's the mild-kind of salty) is also a big bonus with us. They're full of fiber and protein and contain NO trans fats (the real Tostidos are not only high carb -- they contain trans fats [hydrogenated oils] as well!) Keto Chips do contain soy. "
Hi Jules, maybe you are not putting in the correct keywords when searching, or maybe too many keywords.
***Google is a great tool when looking for information. Just put in the important keywords and you should be able to find what you are looking for if it is there.
I found both of these sites through google in seconds.259/206/149

Re: Keto chips???
Have you looked into pork rinds? If I really need something like that, I eat them. I like them a lot with a bit of melted cheddar cheese and salsa.
Also for a crunchy salty treat - cheddar cheese "crackers" are good. Just cheddar cheese slices on vax paper melted to a crunch in the micro wave. They rock!!

Have you ever looked at the recipe links, especially try Cleochatra's blog and look for her Zucchini Dorito Nacho chips. She has great recipes for almost everything.
Best after 24-48 hours, keep on a cookie cooling rack. Use real cheese, not reduced fat, and do not store in plastic, they will get soggy. Good alone, or to put chicken salad or egg salad on.

Re: Keto chips???
Similar to Liv, I like to take cheese slices (the deluxe american slices rather than the processed cheese food) and cut them into 9 to 16 pieces per slice. (16 may seem small, but they spread out and cook better that way). I place them on a piece of parchment paper and microwave them for about a minute, turning if necessary. They melt and then harden when you take them out of the microwave and are a decent imitation of Cheez-its.
Sometimes I will also microwave pepperoni slices on some paper towels (to suck up the grease) to make them kind of crunchy.
Great snack(s) assuming you can manage to only eat a few. They tend to be really easy to over indulge on!Eric (265/247.5/220)

Re: Keto chips???
Flax crackers are easy-peasy to make.
Take the same volume, maybe 2 tablespoons of each, of ground flax (linseed outside USA) and water and mix then leave till it thickens up.
Then place spoonfuls of it on a baking sheet, spread them out to about 1/4" or less thickness and bake or microwave till crispy.
You can add some spices or herbs to make them tastier or even add some grated cheese!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
