    It's great you went back on plan. In my experience, the longer you are on the WOL and the more weight you lose, the harder it will be for the weight to come off if you go off plan. Even if it's just for one food you ingested. I know this from experience (and I could be the only person that has that problem).

    Although I have only lost 10 lbs it was easier to get the weight off at 145 lbs than 139 lbs.

    I am on a 10 day pause right now from my off plan incident last Sunday. But can only keep moving forward which I think is the right thing for you to do too.
    Oh, and the alcohol I drank Friday night is not helping either!

    I'm interested when the scale moves down for you. Will you post?

      it already did... i am sitting at 190 and was 191 before my trip.
      i won't be weighing myself again for a couple more weeks.. i have put the scale away as i was daily weighing and making myself neurotic when i first started eating this way.
      i'm running 3-4 days a week now too.. i think that is really helping the inches go away.

      Atkins start date: January 25, 2010
      1st goal: 200 - Met January 29, 2010
      2nd goal: 190 - Met March 26, 2010
      3rd goal: 180
      4th goal: 170
      GOAL 160!!!

        Good job on the running. I need to do some physicial activity. I think I might start since my cruise is right around the corner.

        I honestly believe some people can actually lose weight carbing up and going back to low carb/atkins. I seriously contemplated it and then decided against it since I didn't want the cravings.

        I am still interested to see what your weight loss is when you do weigh again, will you post it for me?
