It's great you went back on plan. In my experience, the longer you are on the WOL and the more weight you lose, the harder it will be for the weight to come off if you go off plan. Even if it's just for one food you ingested. I know this from experience (and I could be the only person that has that problem).
Although I have only lost 10 lbs it was easier to get the weight off at 145 lbs than 139 lbs.
I am on a 10 day pause right now from my off plan incident last Sunday. But can only keep moving forward which I think is the right thing for you to do too.
Oh, and the alcohol I drank Friday night is not helping either!
I'm interested when the scale moves down for you. Will you post?
