  • First day on OWL!

    I am excited to move in OWL, I may stop at the store tonight and buy some avacadoes and more cauliflower. I love cauliflower because you can rice it up and make "fake fried rice" or tonight I may try one of the recipes or cauliflower pizza crust. I am excited to be out of induction!
    Age-36 years old
    Height- 5'11( I tell short people I am 6'0. they'll never know)
    All time high- 274 (Feb 2010)
    Atkins Start date- 2-26-2010
    Start weight- 274
    1st Minigoal- 250(reached 3-25-2010)
    2nd Minigoal- 235(reached 4-22-2010)
    3rd Minigoal- 219 (that would make me no longer obese)
    Goal- 200

    I use this as a pizza crust, and my husband and I saute a bunch of pizza-ish veggies (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms) and a bit of legal meat. We actually did this last night, and plan to eat some of the leftovers for lunch!

    Goal #1 - 260 - Met 04/12/09! Goal #4 - 230 - Met 08/03/09!
    Goal #2 - 250 - Met 05/22/09! Goal #5 - 220 - Met 01/29/10 FINALLY!

        Here's another one very similar, in fact, I used to use the "base" for this as a Pizza dough. And it freezes great to have for dinners in a hurry.

            I bet you never imagined being excited about being allowed to eat more veggies I know I never thought I would!
