Allowed or not? Just curious, I don't have my DANDR here at work and was just wondering if it was ok or not.

check the ingredients in the brand of gum you are chewing.
remeber the flavorings and the sweetners will be swallowed with your saliva so you have to count your piece in your 3 sweetners aday limit and the carbs in the gum in your daily total.
