  • 1st wk Rung 1 over..up 1.5 lbs, but TOM's fault..

    I hope...this coincides with tom, so I am sure it's water. My losses seem to be from my upper body areas including neck and face, arms. But, my butt seems to be widening! I hope water weight collects there!

    I will own up to the fact that I am not exercising due to the pain associated with my tom. I will begin doing that as soon as this time is over!

    UPDATE/CORRECTION: UP 1.8 pounds, not 1.5. I know that is looking at things down to the nat's ***, but hey.... I know it's just a number anyway that may be all water. We'll see!

    Same for me!!! weighed myself yesterday and only 2lbs down where I have had big losses previously. All due to TOM I reckon!

      So many of us lucky ladies experience weird scales movements around our special 'time of the month' ('moon time' as my male yoga teacher used to delicately put it) that we learn not to take any notice of what the metal monster says that week or so.

      Here's hoping that when those extra pounds disappear they take some friends with them!!

        Moon's time. I like that.
        Moon is the yin and many cultures believe in a connection between the feminine and the moon.
        I never weigh myself when I menstruate. And since I am in the middle of perimenopause that is actually quite often these time. So my moon is really having very fast rotations.

          glad you guys didn't panic and assume it was OWL foods.
          Hope TOM passes quickly and removes those pounds it gave you plus some more.
