Re: 1st week on OWL
AS J said, it might be the new veggies causing this problem. Maybe try only eating one of them for a few days as well as your 'usual' induction ones and seeing if the problem persists, then switch and eat the other one for a few days? That might prove which one is doing this to you.
The beauty of OWL is that we learn so much about how our body reacts to the various 'legal' foods andre able to tailor our Atkins to suit it.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Re: 1st week on OWL
Have you been eating these onions, tomatoes and mushrooms during your Induction? Or are they completely new additions to your menu...that is, you didn't eat them at all during Induction?Originally posted by delicia395 View PostI added more veggies like onions and mushrooms. I also had a few more tomatoes and some almonds.
Also what other veg are you eating? Some veggies have the reputation to be "gas" producers like broccoli, cabbage, asparagus, leeks/garlic, and cauliflower.~Megs~
