  • First week on OWL over!

    This week has gone very quick and to be honest is not that different to previous weeks food wise but have only lost 2 lbs which I am putting down to TOM.
    Most significant is the way my clothes feel. Although this week is only a 2lb loss, the trousers I put on on Monday that felt too tight to wear, I was wearing yesterday and they were hanging off me!!!! YAAAAAYYY
    Today is going to be my toughest challenge yet! Easter Egg madnesss- my boys have about 4 cadbury chcolate eggs each. I MUST not steal one!!!!!!!!

    Awesome about the weight loss! =)

    The cafe is open all easter so I didn't have a chance to be even tempted.
    Would've been nice to spend easter at home though.

      COngrats on shrinking your body and learning that scales do not tell the true story of your body fat losses.

      hope you survived the toxis waste food spill at your house ( those choclate eggs) and are doing well this week. Are you moving to rung 2 or squating on rung one for another week?

          Congrats on being strong. Certain things are just evil
          Yes that first rung it very close to induction but very important because we add more veggies and we need a good veggie foundation so we don't overdo those other carbs as we start adding them in. Enjoy OWL2
