  • rung 2, is this alright?

    I tried rung 2 and got a really bad stomach ache a couple days ago.. I think feta must've disagreed with me. I gave dairy a rest for a day.

    Today my dairy for owl is 4 net of whole milk.
    Im also having 1.5 ounces of cream cheese and 1 ounce of cream.

    Is this alright or is it to much dairy?

    Theoretically it is fine as your cream cheese and cream would be part of your induction 'quota' and the milk would be your dairy addition .

    However your body will tell you if it is OK for you.

      hope it was just feta is bad for you.

      You can pick milk as your choice but be careful cause it will have the most natural sugar,lactose of any possible dairy. Some of the carbs in yogurt for example are already fractured lactose molecules so you don't have intestinal lactose issues from it.

        oh! thats very intresting, I gained weight this morning *sigh*
        Maybe ill skip the milk and add in something else.

        You can just add more induction dairy for owl2 right?

          yep you can and you can add yogurt, kefir, cottage cheese and other fresh cheeses too.
