    I am sure, it has been asked before, and that the info is on here somewhere. I just fail spectacularly at finding it.

    Is there a thread for just veggie recipes? somewhat similar to the never ending induction recipe thread (that would be so nice, if not, think it's worth starting one??)

    I'm having a real tough time getting all mine in, i grew up in a household where veggies were put on a plate. maybe with sauce (most of them had sugar though). Andddd that was the end of that. So I can't even really *think* of things you would make with them.
    Highest Ever: 280
    Start: 261.5
    Mini Goal 1 - 240 by June 1st.
    Mini Goal 2 - 220
    Mini Goal 3 - 190
    Mini Goal 4 - 160
    Goal - 135 -
    Goal 2 - keep working on toning away loose skin/whatever if I still have any. Be able to wear a swimsuit (maybe a bikini) without shame before I'm 30

        You can also google...

        "low carb vegetable recipes", or similar keywords.

        Then just make sure the ingredients in the recipe are acceptable for Induction or the OWL level you are on.

          Not all are okay for OWL Rung 1, but you might find something you like.
