Re: Modified OWL - Good or Bad?
I suggest going on OWL by starting with the extra veggies for rung 1. You'll soon be on dairy and then nuts and trhen berries. Life is to short to miss the strawberry season. Once I decided to go on OWl, my weight loss has become steadier and there are more choices of foods to eat, so you can have more variety and that's what life is about.Female 5'2"

Why not follow OWL as written in DANDR instead, by increasing your net carbs until you find your CCLL?Originally posted by SwissMiss View PostI'm curious if I should consider it an option."Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

Re: Modified OWL - Good or Bad?
I am following the orderly OWL Ladder and try to find my CCLL. I was just curious to see if there are currently people on this board who have experience with the modified OWL. That's all. But thank you both for your feedback.Originally posted by Georgiana View PostWhy not follow OWL as written in DANDR instead, by increasing your net carbs until you find your CCLL?
