  • Gained a pound, lost inches!

So a new week, weighed in and gained a pound. Was a little surprised because my clothes tell a different story and so I measured. 2 inches gone from bustsize, 1 inch from waist and 1 from thighs!
Have walked and walked so have excersized alot that week, hopefully meaning I am gaining muscle.
I normally weigh every sunday, perhaps I should just do every 2 weeks as I do get a little disheartened by the scales....

I am a big fan of oopsie rolls- a great Atkins aid! But how anyone can eat those flax muffins in a minute is beyond me!! They smell and taste gross!!
]good things come to those who wait...

You see that the scale doesn't tell the whole story, right?

Nice job on the walking! My scale only moved a little from last week, but I found that I've lost three more inches from my hips. Woohoo! Go us!
