    Just wanted to let everyone know I'm 8 pounds away from my goal very happy but I'm esperiencing the leg cramps again. And yes I continue my vitamins and lots of water

      Did you check your nutrients in FitDay, to see if you're undereating any?

      How far in OWL are you? What's your carb level? How many net carbs from vegetables are you eating?

        research the foods with potassium and load up on them every couple of days.
