I was 234 this morning for a grand total of 40lbs lost.
I am loving it. I need to increase my calories a little bit, but I am going to slowly try to get up to 1900-2000 calories. I am sitting around 1500-1700 a day. I eat what I am supposed to eat, when I am supposed to eat it, my issue is I am not hungry any more. I think I need to make some more beef jerky and start snacking on it.
