    Well unfortunately I had a major slip this weekend! First one!
    I was feeling crappy and for some reason decided to binge! So I ate nacho chips, and than I ate some corn chips, and than I figured I had already cheated so i might as well just go all out...so I had a Caramilk ice cream cone!
    I knew the whole time I was eating them that it was bad, and to be honest I really didn't enjoy it...but I went ahead and ate these things anyways!
    My bf looked at me like I was crazy!

    Anyways, point being...Im am going to jump right back into it...I am going to go back to OWL rung 1...just to get back to the basics of things.

    Is this a good idea?

    First goal met 10lbs down
    now on for the next 10

    i did the exact same thing... so i pushed myself back a couple rungs to try and see what brought on the onset of cravings (and it's for sure wine) so i'm sticking with rung 4 and will skip 5 to go straight to 6 as i can't trust myself with spirits yet. lol

    1st goal: 200 - Met January 29, 2010
    2nd goal: 190 - Met March 26, 2010
    3rd goal: 180
    4th goal: 170

        jumping down to rung 1 for a few days to get back to ketosis should be fine although DANDR recommneds a few days of induction eating. Once you get back to ketosis then jump back to the rung you wre at before your binge.
        Also check any new to your atkins foods you might have added in the days before your binge too so you can see if they are a trigger for you.

          If you are feeling really bad to 3-4 days of RUNG 1 and lots of water. Or you could eat as you were. Was there something/food that triggered it?

            Thankyou for all of your advise! I think I will do a couple of days of induction eating and than get back into the groove! I am curious if I had a reaction to cabbage? I had made some low carb cabbage rolls on sunday and "had not yet eaten cabbage since the diet" Sooooooo I am wondering if that (not to mention the cheat) has something to do with it, also I had made a couple of bowls of heavy fat yogurt with fresh berries and a packet of splenda! Probably reacted to that as well! All I know is i need to fix it asap! so back to induction and than starting monday I will move up to my rung
