Well unfortunately I had a major slip this weekend! First one!
I was feeling crappy and for some reason decided to binge! So I ate nacho chips, and than I ate some corn chips, and than I figured I had already cheated so i might as well just go all out...so I had a Caramilk ice cream cone!

I knew the whole time I was eating them that it was bad, and to be honest I really didn't enjoy it...but I went ahead and ate these things anyways!
My bf looked at me like I was crazy!
Anyways, point being...Im am going to jump right back into it...I am going to go back to OWL rung 1...just to get back to the basics of things.
Is this a good idea?
