I started making flax seed muffins about two weeks ago to get fiber. I was enjoying them. Now I am starting to have some issues, i'm getting daily BAD headaches, mood swings, my breast are swollen and tender. I took 3 pregnancy test all - my hubby has a vasectomy!!. We have 3 children my symptoms remind me of pregnancy a lot. I have PCOS i know my hormomes are unstable "that's why i'm eating Atkins". I think it's the flax muffins causing these problems. When i started atkins before adding flax seed My energy was HIGH!. After added flax muffins i've noticed a lack of energy. I am wondering if i'm the only one? I read so much on low carb sites about cooking with flax seed i'm starting to think it's not such a wonderful thing for me. I'm getting very grumpy too which is way off for me. Mostly it's the breast tenderness driving me nuts i've NEVER had it and not been pregnant.
