I have a fig tree in my yard, and in about 3-4 weeks it will be full of ripe figs. I am pretty sure I cant have any one this rung, but are they ever allowed? I love figs and it will be tough to watch them in my yard all summer knowing they are not allowed. If they ever are allowed, what is 5 net grams worth?

Re: Figs?
According to fitday.com, one small fig (1 1/2" diameter) has 6.5 net carbs.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Re: Figs?
I envy you. My fig trees always get fig rust and lose their leaves by mid-summer, no matter what I do!~Megs~

Even though you've been given the answer, you could use www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/ to figure this out for yourself!J.
