I have read the book and the post about OWL and I just want to make sure I understand this correctly....
In the last 3 weeks I have been eating between 8-12 net carbs a day of veggies.... average daily intake is around 18-20
So as of today.. I need to add an additional 5 from veggies (either list)
3 times this week ?? which would put my net carbs between 13-17 from veggies..... and 23-25 total ??
Is that correct ?
