  • tea ? help

I recently bought this tea to help me unwind at night its chamomile tea with honey but the nutrition label says no carbs no sugar etc. no caffeine but its naturally sweet im confused is it allowed even though it says it has none of the above? i know honey isnt allowed but the label says 0 grams of sugar.
The tea helps me unwind at night but i dont want to continue it if its going to mess me up.

All teas have carbs regardless of what the label says. On American labels, if the carbs are less than 0.5 g per serving, they will be listed as 0.

What are the ingredients in that tea? Ingredients matter, too, not only net carbs.

The chamomile part should be okay. On it's own it does have a sweetness but it's not overtly sweet, imo. So you tea might have some kind of added sugar to it. Check the label.
