  • UGH...been a long couple of weeks...

Well, after a successful induction and a few great days on rung 1...I ended up in the hospital with a respitory infection. It was terrible. Also, the terrible medicines had side effects like I had never experienced. I ended up eating crackers/bread to help with the stomach upset.

I seem to be settling back down into normalcy again. So, I am going back to rung 1 and slowly bring my body back. It's been a long couple of weeks :-(

    Thanks ...

I'm happy you're better! Antibiotics always do my stomach in: I guess I'm the 10 out the the 9 of 10 people who don't get the stomach side effects........

Hop back on your Rung 1 and happy losing.

Thanks everyone for your well wishes. This is going to be a slow process (much slower than I thought :-( ) to get back on 100%. The steroids really messed with me...so, in conjunction with the antibiotics, I think that I need to take this one day at a time. And, do the best I can until I get back to complete, 100% well being.

Yesterday, I attempted to take a walk and only got a few houses before exhaustion set in. So, I think that was a real eye opener, too...

Ah well...I will get back there
