ok i am thinking of moving on to owl in order to ensure that i stay on this woe for life and not get bored, frustrated, etc etc...I have read the book and I still have a really dumb question....the net carbs that u add according to ur ccll are those in addition to <20 carbs on induction or are those it for the day?? for example knowing my body and such i am around 25 net carbs... so does that mean that i add 5 net carbs or that i add 25 net carbs to my overall diet??? :confused :confused

The 5 net carbs is in addition to what you are eating during Induction. For example, you eat about 15 net carbs during Induction. Your first step to find your CCLL will be to add 5 net carbs to that 15, for a total of 20 nets.
In general, the folks who have high metabolic resistance (and you found out your degree of metabolic resistance on Day 15), need to keep their carbs below 20 nets to continue losing weight. For the majority of us, we can eat over 20 nets and still lose weight....Then you have the super-duper folks, like 2Big and Loonatika, who can eat over 100 nets and lose weight.~Megs~
