  • OWL stop in weight loss

    Ok, so I have done the veggie rung added veggies still doing good so I thought I would go onto the Dairy so I made myself some home made ice cream with 3/4 cup of cream with 3 packets of splenda and have done this 2 times and now no weight loss. Think I should cut out the cream for a bit. It's the logical thing I guess. It was a nice treat though and home made is always better. MMM

    I crush up 1 tray of ice in the blender then add my cream blend it add the sweetner and a bit of vanilla extract put it in a sealable container and freeze it for about 1 hour it's so yummy. I may have to give it up LOL. Did any of you experience this when adding dairy??

    Sarah...have a seat on my low carb sofa *pats sofa*. I had one **** of a time on the dairy rung with ricotta cheese. Through alot of trial and error I found that I can only eat 1 brand of ricotta cheese without the nasty weight loss stalling/slowing effects. That's just how my crazy bod chooses to do things.

    But OWL's great, because you'll see how different foods affect your body and you'll learn how to deal with them (which will increase your chances of keeping that weight off once you lose it!).

      Thnak you I think some of my problem right now is I have not been exercising because of my illness. No excus I know and I will get back on the hourse but, I am so bagged. Hopefully todays shot brings some new found energy.
