    I did some booboos.. now i am back here.. i guess i did not understand correctly... yea i can be a dumb *** sometimes.... well here we go again.. without the no no's.. Did not mean not to make it clean just did not understand completly...

      i thought i was alowed everything i wanted if i stayed under 21 carbs...WRONG

        I'm moving this thread because it pertains more to OWL than it does to Induction.

        Carolyn, are you still in ketosis? If so, you don't have to "go back to Induction". Just do your OWL rungs properly.

        If you aren't in ketosis, then get back into it and start your OWL.

              Those strips aren't necessary. If you go to the FAQ forum and look for a thread called "The physicial signs of ketosis" it will give you info.

              Otherwise, do Induction for 3-4 days then come back here. In the mean time, read the stickies and the chapter and don't be afraid to ask any questions in this forum.

              The more people who ask questions, the more OWL information there will be.
