Okay, Okay, I know. I should have read the carb count before I ordered it. Went out with coworkers for lunch today and instead of a salad I was really craving a sandwich. I though okay they have low carb flatbread and I ordered a side salad to go with it. I should have known better! Didn't feel quite right after eating it (you know the feeling in your stomach that your tummy really didn't like it) Got back to work and jumped on the website to look up nutritional info. 15 carbs!!!!! eeekkkk!!! Never again will I eat that!!
At least I ate legal the rest of the day I guess and have drank over 150 ounces of water today. All that and I had someone call me skinny today. I'll just go on from here. No use to fret about something I can't do anything about now. Just comical. I about fell out of my chair at my desk when I saw the carb count.
