  • My Menu?!

    This is just and average daily menu I do change out the lunch and dinners once in a while but not often. I am a boring eater lol

    Breakfast : 3 Net Carbs

    2 Eggs
    2 Pork Link Sausages
    1 tbs Flax See
    25g Mushrooms ( 1/4 cup)
    1 tbs Parmesan Cheese

    Snack
    Varies

    Lunch : 3 Net Carbs

    1-2 Chicken Breasts
    72g Romaine Lettuce (1 cup)
    40g Red Bell Pepper (1/4 cup)
    14g Green Onion (1/4 cup)
    2 tbs Carb Well Italian Dressing
    1 tbs Red Wine Vinegar

    Snack
    Varies

    Dinner : 3 Net Carbs

    1-2 Chicken Breasts
    72g Romaine Lettuce (1 cup)
    40g Red Bell Pepper (1/4 cup)
    14g Green Onion (1/4 cup)
    2 tbs Carb Well Italian Dressing
    1 tbs Red Wine Vinegar


    Fit Day Breakdowns:
    Fat: 49%
    Carbs: 5%
    Protien: 36%

    I know I am over a 1/4 of a cup on Veggies. =

    Usually my snacks are of 0 carb deli meats, cream cheese, herbs. But not usually hungry enough for snacks. Should I eat them anyways or just stick to listening to when I am actually hungry?

    Looks like you have a handle on this WOE. You know what your doing and thats really important. I think your veggies are find as the are mosting on the three cup side of the rules.
    Use fitday.com and plug in your menus for a couple of days to make sure your fats are up. Also, just make sure you eat at least every 6 hours. Keep the creamcheese under 3 oz and youll be fine.
