So, not only have I restarted induction (day 7) but summer school as well...so instead of eating 3 meals a day I have switched to 6 mini meals because fits my schedule best...I was hoping someone could review my meals and tell me what they think:
1.) 1/2 slice bacon
1 hard boiled egg
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 tablespoon mayo
1/2 oz cheddar cheese
2.) 1 oz grilled chicken
1/2 cup romaine lettuce
1/4 oz blue cheese
1/4 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 tablespoon red wine vinegar
other 1/2 of the slice of bacon
3.) 1.5 oz broiled salmon
1/2 cup cucumbers
1/4 oz blue cheese
1/4 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 tablespoon red wine vinegar
and than REPEAT each meal TWICE throughout the day...so 6 meals total
Having about 2 gallons of water and taking a carbvantage multivitamin
