  • Day 10 Menu I think this was a better day.

    Breakfast
    Bacon and 2 deviled eggs (2 of each)
    Multi vitamin/mineral (1 daily)

    Snack
    1 Deviled Egg

    Lunch
    Large green salad (1.5 cups) consisting of lettuce, cucumber, salt, pepper
    2 tablespoons of mayonaise
    6 slices of ham mixed in with the salad

    Dinner
    3 pieces of chicken (legs)
    1.5 cups of greens salad again but with salad onions a well
    2 tablesspoons of olive oil vinegarette

    After
    2 Deviled Eggs

    5 liters of water

    Plus

    Today had my first exercise session i know its late in the game but just did:

    an advanced tae bo workout
    went for a long walk (having a pedometer really makes you want to walk)
    lifting 5kg dumbells
    50 stomach crunches

    i feel more energised this is great.

    Anyway can you look at my menu i posted before and everyone said it was not enough food/cals/salad.

    It looks pretty good to me....make sure you're getting in some romaine or leaf lettuce rather than use iceberg lettuce...more nutrition and fiber in the darker leafy greens. Give yourself a variety of stuff in your salads as well..things like peppers, radishes, zucchini can add a nutritional punch and be very tasty.

      Wil do moochie.

      Can anyone tell me if capers are allowed o induction as i had them with some salmon and i was just wondering?

        I don't have my book handy, but if I remember correctly capers are all right (in moderation, like anything else!).
