    oh yeah I also drank 150 oz of water, partly b/c it/s 85 degrees in boston and partly because I had a kick *** workout!!!

    Looks like you're on track, and yes, do switch to splenda and ditch the aspartame.

    By your numbers it looks like you went over by 3/4 of a cup with your vegetables. You had 1 cup of avocado? Avocado is on the 'special category' list (page 129 of DANDR) and you are allowed 1/2 of a small avocado a day.

    The pie chart shows that you were low on your fats for the day (what did your fats/protein/carb ratios look like?) and your day adds up to 33 carbs....look at the chart and subtract your fiber from it and let us know what your net carbs for the day were...did it come to around 20?

    But you are on the right track..just a little tweaking to be done. :yes
